Streetlight repairs mean our engineers ‘Scale new heights’ for electrical compliance

This hospital is one of the most famous and iconic children’s hospitals within the UK. After carrying out a large programme of various electrical testing compliance works and fire door inspections we were also instructed by the client to carry out inspections of the streetlights surrounding the hospital and its grounds.

In addition to their vast array of qualifications that they have our engineers not only need a good head for heights but they also need to hold the various MEWPS and IPAF accreditations which allows them to use ‘cherry picker’ equipment to work safely at these great heights both inside and outside of our clients premises.

The below pictures show a damaged sensor on a streetlight in the car park area of the hospital which our engineers corrected immediately.
