Employee Spotlight - Meet Michelle
In the next of our employee spotlight section we spoke to Account Director, Michelle and asked her about her time at Protest ES Ltd.
Michelle is one of the longest serving members of the office team, making sure our clients get the services they need. A keen runner in her spare time Michelle is about to embark on her first marathon! No question is too much for Michelle to answer and she provides a vital link between our teams on the road and the office staff.

1. What is your role at Protest ES Ltd?
Account Director
2. What do you like most about the work you do here?
Building a rapport with clients, engineers & working as a team
3. What are you most proud of in your career so far?
My progression within the company, with many skills giving me the ability to cover any part of the business/role (apart from being the engineer, going out to do the works).
4. What's one thing people don't know about you that they would be surprised to find out?
As a child I played the violin (Grade 5) & have rosettes for ballroom dancing.
5. What is the most interesting project you've worked on here?
Amey – various services & JLR – PAT, Lightning Protection & FWT
6. How long have you been with the company?
9yrs 10mths
7. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Healing power, to stop people suffering
8. What is your dream holiday destination?
Barbados
9. What do you enjoy most about working at Protest ES Ltd?
The people & providing a good service, seeing a job from start to end
10. What’s the last song you listened to?
Club Tropicana Wonderland Redux – Remix (it’s fab!)
11. What, if anything, are you currently binge-watching?
I don’t really binge watch as I don’t have time to! But, I’m currently watch Ozark
12. What’s one thing on your bucket list?
To run half a marathon – which I am aiming to do on Sat 25th Sept, I need more people to sponsor me please!
