Air Conditioning Maintenance & Servicing
It is important to clean your air conditioning units filters and regularly clean the coils with disinfectants. Irregular air conditioning service will lead to the build up of deadly legionnaires within the coils.
We ensure a comfortable environment free from harmful bacteria
An air conditioning system inspection by an accredited air conditioning energy assessor (the energy assessor) is designed to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, reduce operating costs and reduce carbon emissions.
The energy assessor will highlight how the operation of existing systems can be improved or opportunities to replace older, less energy efficient systems, or oversized systems, with new energy efficient systems.
What is it?!
Air Conditioning Servicing Explained:
Any clear signs of wear and tear defects that our engineers encounter whilst conducting AC servicing shall be captured on camera and appear on the report for your perusal.
We offer a comprehensive range of servicing options to keep your air conditioning system running efficiently and effectively at all times.
We will carry out advanced checks and tests and our experienced and dedicated engineers will assess the condition of your air conditioning unit and once cleaned and serviced, provide you with a highly detailed report on what needs looking at or repairing.
Working around your business..
As part of our maintenance and servicing programme, our engineers will carry out any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure that disruption to your business is kept to an absolute minimum.
Duty holders be aware!
The person who controls the operation of an air conditioning system must:
-
ensure an inspection has been done in accordance with the requirements and timetable of the regulations
-
keep the most recent air conditioning inspection report provided by an energy assessor
-
give any air conditioning inspection report to any person taking over responsibilities with respect to the control of the air conditioning system
Are you F-Gas compliant?
Remaining F-Gas compliant is a legal obligation for any business that operates an air conditioning system with a CO2 equivalent charge of 5 tonnes or more.
There are significant penalty charges for operators that do not comply to F-Gas regulations, therefore it is vital that your system is regularly maintained and serviced by a professional air conditioning maintenance engineer.
How often you have your system checked depends on the CO2 equivalent charge weight of your system, for example:
• 5-50 tonnes and above – at least every 12 months
• 50-500 tonnes and above – at least every 6 months
• 500 tonnes and above – at least every 3 months
Remember...
The person who controls the operation of the system, such as the building owner or manager, has statutory obligations and duties of care related to the operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
